William Green

Senior Physiotherapist

Hydrotherapy coordinator William graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and moved straight into private practice at Midland, having a strong interest in the treatment of sporting injuries as well as back and shoulder pain.

In addition to treating clinically, Will coordinates Midland Physiotherapy’s Hydrotherapy & Living Fit Programs. Outside of the clinic, Will assists the West Coast Eagles medical staff with training and game day preparation throughout the AFL season, both at home and interstate. Will is also a bronze coach for Swimming Australia.

Personally, Will enjoys keeping himself fit by running and playing amateur football as well as getting away on holiday whenever he can.

Rob Waller is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, whose clinical practice
focuses on restoring function with expertise in complex musculoskeletal
presentations. He is also a lecturer at Curtin University teaching on the
Postgraduate Clinical Masters program. Rob’s research interests are broad,
including understanding factors that drive pain and implementing current
evidence into best practice for musculoskeletal pain.

Rob maintains a healthy work life balance and his interests when not working
include spending time with his family, traveling and keeping highly active. Rob
is a keen mountain biker, while regularly road cycling, kite surfing and walking
his Labrador Tilly. He strongly believes age shouldn’t be a barrier to staying
active and does regular strength training to ensure he is physically conditioned
for being highly active.

Sarah Clay

Sarah is an experienced Physiotherapist with over 30 years industry musculoskeletal experience. She passionate about facilitating change in peoples lives holistically, especially those with chronic or complex pain. She has a special interest in Cognitive Functional Techniques and is currently undergoing further, extensive training in this area, centred around low back pain.

Her holistic approach has involved extra training in Nutrition as well as breathing disorders and techniques.

Sarah heads up our Pilates team, running Clinical Pilates sessions and training other physiotherapists in Pilates.

Sarah has worked with many sporting teams, including an AFL club, Rugby League and Rugby Union. She has been heavily involved in netball in the past as well as years of road cycling. More recently, in the last 7 years, Sarah has been involved in the local Crossfit Community, training regularly at The Crossfit Chamber in Belmont. Hiking, walking her Staffordshire Bull Terrier, gardening on their hills property and family adventures are her other passions.

This combined with his previous experience as the Colts Head Trainer for the Perth Demons Football Club, and being a rowing, and strength and conditioning coach for Guildford Grammar School, enables him to combine hands on manual therapy and exercise based rehabilitation to assist patients in achieving their goals.

Outside of work, when Paul’s not training at the gym, he enjoys taking the dogs down to the beach and going camping.

Iman has a black belt in martial art and used to play for South Perth indoor soccer team.

Tanya has been teaching Yoga for over four years and her teaching method lies in the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga. Tanya also teaches Yin Yoga, which is a wonderful introduction into meditation.

In mid-2015 Tanya completed her 250H Yoga Teacher Training and is accredited through Yoga Alliance Australia.

It is Tanya’s endeavour to nurture and guide her students; giving them the freedom to explore their physical capabilities and open their mind and heart in the practice of Yoga.

In other areas Tanya enjoys to recharge by connecting with nature, going for long walks, and sweating it out in a Barre class.

Tanya is currently studying Certificate IV in Pilates Reformer and Matwork through Breathe Australia and Barre through Barre 2.0.
