Meet our Team

William Green
Physiotherapist

Hydrotherapy coordinator William graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and moved straight into private practice at Midland, having a strong interest in the treatment of sporting injuries as well as back and shoulder pain.

In addition to treating clinically, Will coordinates Midland Physiotherapy’s Hydrotherapy & Living Fit Programs. Outside of the clinic, Will assists the West Coast Eagles medical staff with training and game day preparation throughout the AFL season, both at home and interstate. Will is also a bronze coach for Swimming Australia.

Personally, Will enjoys keeping himself fit by running and playing amateur football as well as getting away on holiday whenever he can.

Rob Waller is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, with over 25 years experience. He is passionate about restoring function following injury and for people with complex musculoskeletal presentations, particularly spinal and shoulder pain. He is also a lecturer at Curtin University teaching on the Postgraduate Clinical Masters program and is currently completing a PhD investigating pain characteristics in young adults using data from the Raine Study Birth Cohort. (http://www.rainestudy.org.au). Other research interests include spinal pain and translation of evidence to practice.

Rob maintains a healthy work life balance and his interests when not working include spending time with his family, traveling and keeping highly active. Rob is a keen mountain biker competing in WA Gravity Enduro races, while regularly road cycling, windsurfing, kite surfing and walking his Labrador Tilly. He strongly believes age shouldn’t be a barrier to staying active and does regular strength training to ensure he is physically conditioned for sport.

Sarah is an experienced Physiotherapist with over 30 years industry musculoskeletal experience. She passionate about facilitating change in peoples lives holistically, especially those with chronic or complex pain. She has a special interest in Cognitive Functional Techniques and is currently undergoing further, extensive training in this area, centred around low back pain.

Her holistic approach has involved extra training in Nutrition as well as breathing disorders and techniques.

Sarah heads up our Pilates team, running Clinical Pilates sessions and training other physiotherapists in Pilates.

Sarah has worked with many sporting teams, including an AFL club, Rugby League and Rugby Union. She has been heavily involved in netball in the past as well as years of road cycling. More recently, in the last 7 years, Sarah has been involved in the local Crossfit Community, training regularly at The Crossfit Chamber in Belmont. Hiking, walking her Staffordshire Bull Terrier, gardening on their hills property and family adventures are her other passions.

This combined with his previous experience as the Colts Head Trainer for the Perth Demons Football Club, and being a rowing, and strength and conditioning coach for Guildford Grammar School, enables him to combine hands on manual therapy and exercise based rehabilitation to assist patients in achieving their goals.

Outside of work, when Paul’s not training at the gym, he enjoys taking the dogs down to the beach and going camping.

Since graduating Beth has developed a passion in Pilates and exercise based rehabilitation particularly for chronic low back pain and sporting injuries. ages. Jess enjoys watching and participating in just about every sport especially Aussie Rules, netball
and volleyball.

When not at work she enjoys being outdoors, especially at the beach, travelling and spending time
with family and friends.
