Studio Pilates
Pilates improves aspects such as strength, flexibility, co-ordination and posture with a strong focus on training your postural and stability muscles, making it ideal for those recovering from injuries and perfect for those looking for fitness and muscle toning.
Through our informed Pilates, you will learn to gain control of your body so that you understand ‘how’ to move. In this way, the physical gains you make will become functional, meaning that your day to day activities become easier and more efficient.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists have advanced skills in the assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions. These skills assist the medical practitioner with accurate, cost effective diagnosis and appropriate evidence based management.

Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage is the manipulation of soft tissues to help improve blood flow and tissue flexibility and can be used for relaxation, pain relief and/or muscle tightness.
Our Massage Therapists work closely with our Physiotherapists to generate an excellent rehabilitation program for our patients. Many of our patients utilise both our Physiotherapists and our Massage Therapist in the management of their conditions.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is water based exercise rehabilitation designed to facilitate the recovery process. Small groups are run at Bayswater Waves pool. Our trained physiotherapists always provide an individualised program to suit your problem.
We also run arthritis classes in the pool. The arthritis class is water based exercise and is an excellent way to manage the symptoms associated with arthritis.
